Job Description:

As a Junior Civil Engineer at The Kalaghar, You will play a key role in the planning, design, structure design and management of construction projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and regulations.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Support project management efforts, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Develop detailed construction drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD.

- Participate in construction management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize Staad Pro to design structure.

- Utilize Autodesk 3ds Max to create detailed 3D models and visualizations.

- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, and cost estimates.

- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes during project meetings.
• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction or architectural firms.

- Strong skills in Structural Engineering and Construction Management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk 3ds Max.

- Experience with project management, including scheduling and resource allocation.

- Ability to develop and analyze floor plans and construction drawings.

- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.

- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
