The Company

Our client is a rapidly growing, top 10 accounting firm, with a national team of close to 1000 people. They provide wealth advisory, tax services, audit, business advisory, corporate finance, restructuring and insolvency services to a range of clients across a wide variety of industries.

They pride themselves on building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients, providing a holistic service that ensures their clients meet their strategic goals and objectives.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in managing the portfolio's of successful business owners, high-level executives, and ultra-high net worth families. Working under the firms license, you will be alongside the Partners and the broader team.

They advise on wealth creation, tax minimisation, superannuation (incl. SMSF specialisation), debt management and recycling, asset protection strategies that encompass far more than just money management and investment, so you will have the opportunity to broaden your exposure and develop new skills and experience.

Day To Day, You Can Expect To Be

Developing financial strategies across a broad range of entities
Managing client relationships
Interviewing clients in depth to truly understand their situation, goals and aspirations
Managing and mentoring more junior members of the team
Analysing investments, developing portfolios and ongoing consultation and support
Researching and developing financial strategies across wealth accumulation, investment strategies, balance sheet re-structuring, debt management, estate planning, tax minimisation and asset protection

About You

Relevant tertiary education in Commerce, Economics or alike
A proven track record in a similar role such as financial planning/advice, superannuation or wealth consulting
Exceptional communication and a passion for mentorship
Ambitious and driven to achieve exceptional client outcomes
