Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

We are looking for Commis Chefs who can take people on a memorable journey bringing flavours from around the world as well as knowledge and experience!

We are working with a corporate company based in Battersea. You will be working with fresh produce in a corporate kitchen equipped with high-end restaurant facilities. You will cook 100% from scratch.

A Day In The Life Of a Commis Chef
• You’ll be cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, ensuring portion control is applied
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals
• Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
• To monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and serveries.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Undertake relevant training as required

You'll Be Set Up For Success If You Have
• You have worked in a kitchen environment or alike position.
• Previous experience in a similar food service environment
• Relevant culinary qualification
• Flexibility and the ability to innovate
