We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at Regents Park Barracks, Albany Street, London NW1 4AL

What You'll Be Doing
• Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
• Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
• Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
• Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
• Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
• Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
• Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
• Act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertake relevant training as required

Experience
• A full security clearance check and DBS check will be required for this role.
• Must have right to work in the UK and have resided for the last 3 years
• Previous experience in a Food Production role within catering or retail
• Relevant culinary qualification desirable but we do have opportunities to gain your qualification whilst you work
• Effective team player with a willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain a variety of operating and general records through daily activities.
