Conciliation Officer (permanent position)
Perth, Western Australia (Hybrid)

The Role
Our Consumer Protection Division promotes fair trading and consumer protection in Western Australia. Within Consumer Protection, Conciliation and Trader Intervention undertakes activities to help businesses and consumer resolve disputes and remedy improper practices.
Receives, triages and handles more complex disputes.
Provide advice.
Facilitate resolution of complex issues.
