Role: Customer Service Coordinator x 2 roles available

Hours: Full time

Contract Type: Permanent



The opportunity?

Exciting role, leading and building teams to deliver high quality services for people with disability. Designing, planning and implementing home and living supports for people with a range of complexities and needs. You will develop relationships with people we support, their families and stakeholders to ensure contemporary services are in place for people to live safe and well in their home and community. Working across a range of NDIS services including SIL, ILO, and flexible support arrangements.

What you will bring to our team:

Minimum Cert IV in disability or equivalent
Model Interchange values, empowering employees to make good decisions.
Experience of leading, and coaching customer support teams that meet the needs of our complex customers and work in partnership with customers and families providing quality and safe supports
Actively work in and remain knowledgeable on current legislation, government regulations and Quality and Safeguarding, ensuring services remain compliant.
Contribute to continual improvement processes, including identifying current trends and potential improvements to service delivery.
Provide support as an out of hours responder.
A working knowledge of NDIS and success in supporting people to achieve their NDIS goals and outcomes.
Capacity to travel across the Greater Perth Metro area.
