We are looking for an experienced, determined and high performing Head Chef

as we enter an exciting period of growth and expansion in the company behind

The ideal candidates would have a passion for great food. They would be highly organised, thrive under pressure and great at cooking and presenting high quality food.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you the Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of running our kitchen team, managing the team, driving food quality and ensuring we deliver in a timely manner.
Main Roles include
To maintain our high standards at all times across the kitchen
Work with the General Manager and the Director of Food Operations to plan new menus
Ensure kitchen cleanliness is of a high standard
Understand and comply with all current Health and Safety legislation and Food Hygiene ...
