We're looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team, specializing in Indo Western women's wear with 5-10 years of experience ¹. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for:
- _Researching trends_: Stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to create innovative designs ².
- _Designing and developing_: Create original designs for clothing, accessories, and footwear, combining artistic vision with market trends to produce innovative fashion items ³.
- _Collaborating with teams_: Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure seamless execution of production plans ¹.
- _Overseeing production_: Manage the design process from conception through to final styling, ensuring products align with business strategy ³.
• Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role, preferably in Indo Western women's wear
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
- Availability to travel for research and product development
- Ability to do sketches by hand
- Excellent design and conceptual skills
- A bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts is preferred
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fashion Designer
