Duties Description:

An IT Release Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and controlling of software builds through different stages and environments. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of software products. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in software development, project management, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive release plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product management teams to ensure alignment and efficient release processes.
• Manage and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve release processes.
• Ensure that releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on release progress.
• Manage release dependencies and interdependencies.
• Conduct release readiness assessments.
• Oversee the deployment and implementation of releases into production environments.
• Monitor post-release performance and gather feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:

Must have skills-
