About the job:

2. Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations via WhatsApp, social media, and video calls.

3. Prepare regular reports, including tracking and analyzing all queries and leads.

4. Maintain a detailed track of orders and assist in closing orders from start to finish.

5. Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.

6. Effectively handle client inquiries related to product availability, sizing, customization options, and more.

7. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings from our brand partners.

8. Assist in handling abandoned cart recovery, COD order confirmations, and other sales-driven activities.
