Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Specialist here at Pulse Energy, you will drive sales for electricity, broadband, and gas products. You will build customer relationships and maintain solid sales pipelines to drive your own sales success. You will report to the Outbound Sales Team Leader and share your customer insights with other departments, such as our Marketing and Customer Experience teams to refine and deliver exceptional sales campaigns and good customer experiences.

Outbound Telesales role
Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers.
Manage your pipeline to engage prospects and convert them into customers.
Track and manage leads, and sales stages to achieve targets.
