Customer Care will act as the contact point for our customers, supporting and communicating with them through the repair of their vehicle. They are the voice and face of Repairhub for our customers.

Problem-solving comes naturally to customer service representatives, they are confident, calm and know how to support our customers in challenging situations.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
