The Firm

This leading law firm with a small but social team are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist with a an immediate start for a 5-6 week period.

The Role

The primary focus of the Receptionist is to provide a high standard of service to internal and external clients, manage front of house and support and coordinate meetings.

Responsibilities

This role will see you working Monday to Friday from +am – 5pm with a one hour lunch break.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the Corporate Reception area
Greet clients and visitors on arrival
Answer telephone enquiries
Prepare and serve refreshments to internal and external clients
Set up and clear conference and meeting rooms
Set-up of AV equipment, multimedia devices, televisions, monitors, projectors and recording equipment
Facilities management
Ordering and maintaining supplies
Maintain the kitchen

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have previous Reception experience within a professional or corporate environment. You will be immediately available, professionally presented and spoken, have a strong client focus, ability to multitask along with a great attitude.
