About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Eagle Farm.

You will play a vital role as the first point of contact for our business by meeting and greeting guests, answering and directing calls and emails, as well as providing administration support for the wider team.

In particular, you will receive training on the following responsibilities as part of your role:

Manning the front desk reception area;
Providing all forms of communication i.e. phone, email, and face-to-face with staff, business, and the general public;
Managing and maintaining bookings for multiple meeting rooms;
Dealing with all forms of office administration i.e. stationery, mail, reception, filing, data entry, etc.
Ordering employee uniforms, maintaining stock take, and distributing to our projects;
Looking after the maintenance and purchase of office and kitchen supplies;
Assisting with catering requirements for all in-house functions and activities.

About You

To join our team, you will need to have the following:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
A good level of IT literacy;
Natural time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise;
Reliable and able to commit to 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday;
Able to use own initiative;
Looking to learn and grow;
Have a problem-solving nature;
Hold a valid driver’s license;
Be self-directed and a team player.
