Responsibilities
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota 04:00 - 15:00
Accurately audit the customer fixtures using the HHT to gain availability, process returned stock for the customer accurately through credit notes, carry out merchandising where necessary
Serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers, build rapport and establish trust, deal with all customer enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Ensure a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image
Drive a company vehicle in a cost affect way to reduce costs
Use the companies HHT and additional IT hardware correctly and with care
Use any other company equipment as directed

The Opportunity

In this role you will: -
