Surrey (1 day from home) – Embedded Software Engineer – Salary 45-60k

This is a great opportunity to join a company creating innovative products to monitor our environment. They are looking for someone experienced within embedded software development including experience with C/C++ and developing for ARM microcontrollers. More details below.

Main Duties:

+ Development of new embedded products that will be taken into production

+ Developing low level code and middleware for real time hardware operation

+ Line management responsibilities, such as mentoring more junior engineers

Skills Needed:

+ Degree qualified within Electronics or a relevant discipline

+ Embedded Engineering including experience within C/C++

+ Experience programming ARM microcontrollers

+ Experience with RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial communications and I2C and SPI protocols

Further Details:

This role comes with the option to work 1 day from home a week so you need to be able to work the majority of the time in the office.
