Job description
CMA is pleased to be exclusively assisting a prosperous organisation to recruit for an interim Management Accountant to cover for 3 months over a busy period.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

Collaborating closely with department heads to provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements and ensuring smooth, timely month-close process.

What will the interim Management Accountant role involve?
• Full reconciliations of balance sheet and GL accounts including fixed asset register, cap table, inventory on a monthly basis.
• Maximise use of the ERP & CRM systems - SAGE 200c, working with external and internal stakeholders in process improvement under supervision of the Finance Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of period management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Oversee supplier statement reconciliations, acting quickly to remedy any discrepancies.

Suitable Candidate For The Interim Management Accountant Vacancy
• Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or qualified by experience.
• Previous experience of SAGE 200 (and preferably Power BI).
• Experience working in a manufacturing / engineering / construction environment.
