How you'll make an impact

This role focuses on delivering accurate and timely month-end financial processes for specific service areas, ensuring financial performance is accurately represented while adhering to company policies and controls. Responsibilities include preparing and posting accounting journals and accruals, performing reconciliations, and producing detailed month-end reports with variance analysis to support decision-making and compliance. You will also lead the preparation of financial plans, including budgets and run rates, and participate in business cost review meetings.

Additionally, you will analyse cost drivers and areas of controllable expenditure to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves supporting regulatory reporting, working with audit teams, and streamlining processes. This is an ideal role for management accountants that aspire to transition into finance business partnering; offering the chance to influence key financial decisions and drive business improvements.

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA part-qualified.
