Job description
Candidate must have experience i.e. 2 to 3 year in HOSPITAL only.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff
• Training and developing staff
• Assign housekeeping tasks
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff
• Manage equipment and cleaning supplies
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs
• Training and motivating team members
• Evaluate staff performance
• Follow osha regulations and hotel requirements
• Order cleaning supplies
• Purchase supplies and equipment
• Create schedules
• Inspecting rooms and public areas
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies
• Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Provide customer service
• Recommend service improvements to the management
• Use clear and concise language
