Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Import/Export industry
Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices is essential
Data Entry skills are required
Must be adept in Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and independently as required
Must have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced working environment
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency to achieve goals

Robert Half has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk with our client in Covington, Louisiana. As a part of our team within the Import/Export industry, you will be instrumental in managing accounts payable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring efficient data entry. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Handle the processing of invoices and ensure the accurate coding of invoices
