Job Title: Mortgage Administrator

Location: South West London

Salary: Up to £35k + Bonuses

Our client who is a specialist mortgage broker based in South West London are looking for TWO mortgage admin roles. They're a small team currently going through some growth so finding the right fit will be essential.

Skills required to become a Mortgage Administrator;

2 years experience as a mortgage administrator is essential from a broker environment

Customer focused and detail orientated

CeMAP desirable but not essentialRole responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator;

Ensure loan criteria is met and clearly explained to customer

Input mortgage applications onto lender portals efficiently and accurately

Updating customer throughout the process

Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journeyBenefits of a Mortgage Administrator;

Basic salary up to 35K + bonuses

Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends
