We create styles that are Skin-friendly, Eco-Friendly, Body-Friendly, Pocket-Friendly, and User-Friendly - designed and sold worldwide at www.seamsfriendly.com.SeamsFriendly is seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Intern to join our team for a 6-month Internship. This exciting opportunity allows aspiring fashion designers to gain hands-on experience, enhance their skills, and contribute to our dynamic team.Scope of Responsibility:Overseeing the sampling and production process for in-house and outsourced production.Supervise sampling and production team of cutters, tailors, embroiderers, and production assistants to ensure timely delivery of all samples and ordered garments.Ensuring Sampling and Production is Cost-Effective.Ensuring Productivity of Entire Team.Identify and work with external manufacturers.Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.Order ProcessingMaster Data ManagementInventory ManagementContent Creation for Social MediaPlanning and Assisting in In-House PhotoshootsSkills and ExperienceA Design Degree is preferable.Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team towards goals.Time management, multi-tasking, and people management.Be willing to adapt and collaborate with all teams within the company.Have project management experience. Be able to plan and prepare reports.Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify relevant, engaging issues.Excellent communication and writing skills.Have a positive attitude towards work and be able to motivate a team.
