About DSLR Technologies:

Our first brand, Kalira, helps the proud everyday ethnic-wearing women to express their elevated stature. Kalira offers premium-quality fabrics, exclusive designs and extended-size options to help women feel comfortable yet elegant.

We have raised $7M led by Accel, Matrix and marquee angel investors.

Key responsibilities:
Generate innovative design concepts that resonate with our customers, drawing inspiration from market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback.
Create detailed technical packs to bring design concepts to life, iterating and refining based on customer. feedback
Research & analyse the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitors to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning against key brand-consumer targets

An ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in fashion design from NIFT/NID/PEARL
5+ years of experience in Womens ethnic wear
Openness to work from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week
Demonstrated experience in high-level aesthetics and creative ability
Ability to create technical packages of designs
Ability to use software for designing such as Illustrator, Corel draw, photoshop
