Job Description
Location: Trives Hospital, Chembukkavu, Thrissur
Position: Staff Nurse
Qualification: GNM/B.Sc Nursing
Experience:
• Preferred: Experience in surgical settings, particularly in vascular care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care of patients, especially in vascular surgeries.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the attending physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed timely.
• Educate patients and their families about post-surgical care and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Shift Requirements:
• Must be willing to work night shifts as needed.
Skills:
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on surgical care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
