About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Team Leader on shift, this role will be responsible for undertaking the duties and responsibilities of a Goods Inwards Storeperson (forklift driver). As a licensed forklift driver, you may be expected to:
Key Responsibilities
Pick orders for production.
Pack away materials into warehouse storage.
Move pallets and/or materials between departments.
Transport finished goods from our production endlines and stage them for delivery to our offsite warehouse facility.
Unload deliveries from trucks.
The successful candidate will work a 38 hour shift pattern from the below hours.
Day Shift
Sunday, 5:00am - 11:00am
Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm
Afternoon Shift
Sunday, 11:00am - 5:00pm
Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm
The Successful Candidate(s) Will Also Have
A valid Forklift License
Experience operating a forklift (preferred)
A proactive and collaborative work style with a strong commitment to both WH&S and achieving department goals.
Demonstrated experience being a reliable and punctual team member.
Demonstrated experience being able to work both autonomously and in a team dynamic.
A history of positive and constructive behaviours in alignment with Sanitarium’s values.
