We’re working with an exciting start-up who are launching in 2026 and currently building their marketing function out and are looking for an experienced PPC Manager.

Our Client

An exciting start up that’s looking to change its marketplace, it has both B2C and B2B audiences, and is gearing up to launching in 2026. They work 5 days in their office in Altrincham due to the fast paced collaborative nature of a start-up environment.

The Role

You’ll lead on their PPC strategy and activity, building and managing large budget campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant networks. You’ll be managing a multi-million pound annual budget, ensuring maximum ROI, conducting keyword research, ad copywriting and audience targeting. You’ll be using your analytical skills to gain insights into campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results, monitoring CTR, conversation rate and CPA closely.

You

Proven experience as a PPC Manager for a number of years, you’ll be looking for a role where you can take the lead on a brand’s PPC activity. Experienced across all PPC advertising platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads and others, you’ll be adept at managing large multi-million pound budgets. Strong understanding of PPC bidding strategies, keyword research and audience segmentation, as well as utilising analytical tools to improve campaign performance. We’re looking for a track record of results and ROI.
