Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, with flexibility to work at home when required, for a passionate Human Resources Advisor to join our small team. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR, including implementing HR policies, working with line managers to ensure compliance with labor and employment law and to help all Mackenzie Construction emoloyees to reach their full potential through training and development and good people management. Experience of implementing an HR system would be advantageous.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Familiarity with labor and employment law
• Proven track record in HR and employee relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant HR certification or degree is a plus
