Job Summary: The Restaurant Runner plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of service within the restaurant. This position involves delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the guests, supporting servers, and maintaining a high standard of service to enhance the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Food and Beverage Delivery:
• Efficiently deliver orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify that all items match the order before dispatching to the table.

Guest Interaction:
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a pleasant dining experience.
• Address any immediate concerns or special requests from guests.

Coordination with Staff:
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Communicate clearly with servers about any issues or delays with orders.

Presentation and Quality Control:
• Ensure that all food and beverages are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
• Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the kitchen or management promptly.

Maintenance and Cleanliness:
• Keep the service areas clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment used is clean and in good condition.

Additional Duties:
• Assist with stocking supplies and restocking items as needed to support ongoing service.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus, but not required.
