Position: Sales Representative (Lighting)

Location: Belfast

Duration: Permanent (Hybrid)

Rate of Pay: £27,000 - £35,000+ (Depending on experience)

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday

The client is a family-owned business with over 4 decades of expertise in the decorative lighting industry. They are dedicated to delivering quality and attention to detail in every project, providing customized lighting solutions through their proficiency in Lighting Design consultancy, bespoke manufacturing, product sourcing, and a selection of agencies they represent to B2B clients. Their multicultural team is committed to offering personalized service to clients worldwide, ensuring that every space they illuminate reflects their unwavering commitment to quality.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will:
• Engage with Clients: Comprehend and address their lighting requirements through personalized solutions.
• Drive Sales Growth: Seek out and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance our market reach.
• Collaborate with the Team: Partner with colleagues to develop customized lighting specifications and proposals.

Essential Criteria
• Demonstrated experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
• Extensive knowledge of lighting products and solutions.
• Strong skills in Project Management and Negotiation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
• Experience in the decorative lighting industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
