Customer Service Advisor Job in Bournemouth
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, + am – 5:30 pm, 1 day working from home
• Holiday: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Our vibrant and successful client operating within the product industry now have an opening for a Customer Services Regulatory Advisor to join their steadily growing team. The company operates on a consultative model, making efforts to truly understand the needs of a client, and from this, assess how they can exceed expectations. As such, this role will offer an opportunity to develop into a client manager position.
For you to thrive in this role, you should have stellar communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with both external and internal stakeholders. From this, you should be able to analyse patterns and trends within customer complaints and make recommendations to improve processes.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Regulatory Advisor
• ·Deal with specific customer service-related enquiries, efficiently and professionally.
• ·Recording details of all enquiries onto the Customer Services database and responding to product enquires and complaints.
• ·Maintain accurate reports & records.
• ·Identify and communicate any issues, monitor trends and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• ·Develop and maintain a current knowledge of the industry, as well as any external factors that may impact the department.
• ·Work with key service providers to maintain regulatory compliance.
• ·Be responsible for Trade Customer issue management
• ·Provide support for brand team journals, directories etc.
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
• ·A minimum of 18 months experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is essential
• ·Experience of working within the FMCG industry would be advantageous
