We are seeking a highly skilled Ladies' Skin Specialist Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced skincare treatments and a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin treatments and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and anti-aging therapies.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to develop personalized skincare plans.
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and techniques to offer cutting-edge services.
• Provide recommendations for at-home skincare routines and products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Manage appointment schedules and handle client inquiries professionally.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a skin specialist or beautician with a focus on skincare treatments.
• Relevant certification or license in cosmetology or esthetics with a specialization in skincare.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with advanced skincare technologies and tools.
• Ability to provide additional beauty services such as makeup application or massage.
• Previous experience in a client-focused role in a high-end or specialized salon.
