Job Title: Designer
Reporting to: Head of Design Studio
Location: Saudi Arabia

About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join one of the largest manufacturing companies in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple channels, including print, digital media, retail signage, and packaging. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement visual standards and style guides that enhance the quality and consistency of our creative output.
Key Responsibilities
• Creative Development: Plan, conceptualize, and design visual content that aligns with our brand’s objectives.
• Design Execution: Create and refine artwork using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, web designers, marketing teams, and printers to ensure cohesive visual communications.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to final execution, meeting all deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Review and improve final layouts, introducing relevant proofing standards.
• Resource Management: Develop and maintain a well-organized design library to support ongoing creative work.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong understanding of visual design principles.
