About this role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Specialist in Selfridges, Oxford Street.

This is currently a part-time role – three days a week, but if successful could become full-time. Some weekend work will be required.

This exciting new role requires a highly trained salesperson advising customers on the best course of action for their skincare concerns, advising on solutions and recommending and selling Advanced Nutrition Programme accordingly.

You will thrive in a target-driven sales role where you can earn an extra £500 per month on top of your salary. You will be happy working independently, self-motivated and a keen skill-set to find customers and sell based on expert advice and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
• Conducting in-depth skin consultations and recommending skin supplements
• Helping to assist in any client queries 
• Create and implement activity and events to drive incremental retail sales and achieve daily retail targets and KPIs  
• Ensure strong brand awareness through traffic stopping and introducing new clients to the brands
• Build a loyal database through an exceptional customer journey
• Deliver regular marketing to your database to increase sales and maintain client loyalty

Desired Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in skincare, nutrition or beauty sales, ideally in a premium retail environment  
• A passion for beauty/skin/nutrition and results driven skincare 
• Positive can-do attitude: we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude about everything we do because it inspires others to have the same
• Proactive approach to sales and happy working independently with strong reserves of self-motivation
• Ability to work collaboratively with the wider Selfridges team and key store/ department and iiaa stakeholders.

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
