Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at Signature Work Abroad in Kottayam. The CRO will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Customer Support and Client Relations expertise
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
