Responsibilities
• Lead a team of developers.
• Work under the guidance of the Architect/Business Head.
• Provide optimum solutions to technical issues.
• Meet development schedules and ensure the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
• Personally own one or more modules of the project under development.
• Be flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
• Maintain high team morale.
• Adhere to Company and Project standards and guidelines.
• High quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Manage complete development life cycle.

Skills & Abilities
• Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, RESTFul, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX.
• Exposure to AWS services like S3, RDS, EC2, Load Balancers, etc. will be a plus.
• Good Knowledge in SQL databases. First-hand experience in writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, etc.
• Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures.
• Should have a good understanding of SDLC and CI/CD.
• Should have worked on applications having large user base.
• Should have a good understanding of web application theories and Structural Designs.
• Exposure to mobile app development (Android/iOS).
• Experience of working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
• Hands on experience in Tomcat and Apache servers.
• Having a good sense of User Interface Design and aesthetics of a web will work in your favour.
• Exposure to AWS services like S3, RDS, EC2, Load Balancers, etc. will be a plus.

Experience
• 10+ Years of total experience, where the last few years have been as a Team Lead/Project Manager.
• 7+ years’ hands-on experience in Java-J2EE Development.
• Prior knowledge and experience in optimizing and handling healthcare applications with a large base of users will give you an edge.
