Job Purpose:

The role would be responsible for end-to-end Digital Marketing portfolio of two of the most iconic tractor and farm machinery brands, and one of the fastest growing engines and generators brand in India.

Some of the core responsibility areas include brand management and marketing in the digital space, covering the entire spectrum of digital marketing funnels like awareness, consideration and performance marketing, including content creation, influencer marketing, lead generation, third-party integration, Organizational Reputation Management (ORM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online crisis management and communication, campaign monitoring, ROI reporting, contributing new ideas, managing implementation of ideas, agency coordination, annual and monthly planning, budget management, etc.

Candidate Specifications:
• 12-16 years of experience and strong exposure to Digital Marketing in a large organisation or established agency.
• Should have strong experience in handling stakeholders and brand communications in the digital domain. Should have the ability to independently and jointly plan campaigns, independently measure and report digital marketing campaigns
• Should have strong understanding of brand and marketing roles in a professional organization
• Must be an expert in digital and social platforms like Websites, Blogs, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, OTTs, third-party sites, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Should have the ability to integrate various marketing automation technologies to support marketing efforts with advanced expertise in campaign management
