Interior Work Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Modular Interior Works Supervisor to oversee the execution of our interior projects at Specula Exteriors and Interiors. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing the interior work execution team, including overseeing processes such as factory preparation and on-site installation.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the interior work execution team, ensuring that factory preparation and on-site installation are completed to high standards.
• Coordinate all activities related to the execution of modular interior work, from initial preparation to final assembly.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Address any challenges that arise during the execution phase and provide guidance to the team as needed.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in supervising interior work execution, with a strong understanding of processes such as factory cutting and on-site assembly.
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior work execution, carpentry, or a related field.
