Job Description:

As a Staff Nurse at Max Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their stay. You will work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients at Max Healthcare, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and IVs as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and timely administration.
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report any changes or concerns to the medical team at Max Healthcare.
• Assist in medical procedures, including wound care, dressing changes, and catheter insertion, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, ensuring they understand and follow medical advice.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient status.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for each patient.
• Prepare and manage patient rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary medical supplies.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs offered by Max Healthcare to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives within Max Healthcare to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a Staff Nurse in a hospital setting, preferably in a multispecialty environment like Max Healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, including patient care, medication administration, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team at Max Healthcare.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for managing patient records and using hospital management systems.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by Max Healthcare.
