URJA (www.drinkurja.com) is the world’s first packaged fresh coconut water. We developed a patent-pending cold-crafting process that retains the freshness & taste of coconut water without any pasteurization or additives. Our manufacturing facility is located in Thrissur, Kerala, India, and our product is distributed in USA & UAE.

We are looking for an operations manager to lead all things operations. Qualifications
• Operations Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Procurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
