Job Title:- PPC Head ( Manager)

Qualification: DME/ BE / MBA ( Operations /SCM)

Location:- Mysuru ( Karnataka), Hosur(Tamil Nadu), Aurangabad (MH)

Roles & Responsibility:

- To ensure production scheduling and delivery as per accepted plan from central planning.

- To ensure WIP inventory at optimum levels with optimum capacity utilization of machine

- Ensure materials receipt & Issuance as per requirement in line with the procedure.

- Responsible for Arranging proper location / space for all material required as per station wise assembly sequence with

- Appropriate identification.

- Finalization & co-ordination of logistics along with supplier / buyer.

- Ensure proper storage of material as per stocking norms.

- Ensure proper stock rotation / FIFO / identification & disposal of non-conforming, shelf life over material, non-moving parts.

- Ensuring daily stock taking / daily shortage list to buyers / controlling excess material.

- Ensuring material Availability to production as per BOM / BIN cards, proper inventory norms etc. & avoiding down time with Proper control on logistics process.

- Timely delivery of all types' material & to monitor slow moving/nonmoving & fast moving.

- To get acknowledgement from transporter of issuance of invoices.

- Monitor & Motivate the staff for TPM, Kaizen & improvement activities and ensure effective implementation of Poka-Yoke& Kaizen & 5S.

- To monitor Minimum & Maximum Inventory levels.

- Coordinate with Quality Department, internal customers, plant managements and associates; coordinate to maintain Smooth Flow of Material for Production.

- To maintain RM Report on Daily Basis.

- To prepare data for monthly MRM

- Planning for Materials loading and unloading.

- Planning for Logistics operation to ensure delivery of the goods as per committed time

- To coordination with Accounts, Returns, Budget and payment of suppliers
