Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. The Staff Nurse will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and will work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, performing assessments, and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including patient histories, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Communication: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and any follow-up care required after discharge.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical codes, and provide appropriate care until the arrival of emergency personnel.

Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and advances in nursing by attending continuing education courses and participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing(B.sc) or GNM , ANM, DNA .

Experience: BOTH freshers and experienced are welcome

Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift or move patients, and perform physically demanding tasks.
