Quality Assurance Head

Job Title: Quality Assurance Head - Garments

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality control manuals and documentation
• Train and develop quality assurance team members
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters
• Analyze quality data and implement improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency

Requirements- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance in the garments industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO +001)
• Strong understanding of garment production processes and materials

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Quality Management, or related field
• Certification in quality management (e.g. CQM, Six Sigma)
• Experience in managing and leading quality assurance teams
• Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards (e.g. WRAP, Sedex)
• Experience with quality assurance software and systems
