Are you an experienced litigation legal assistant interested in a full-time, remote job opportunity with a company based out of Jacksonville, FL? Corporate experience and/or insurance experience is a huge plus! You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, proofreading, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small, proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
• 4 + years of litigation legal assistant experience, preferably with corporate or insurance experience
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and typing
• Solid organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well independently
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
• Candidates must live in Florida

Salary: $50,000-$57,000/yr.
