Job description
SaaS Law is a rapidly growing law firm that specializes in representing software-as-a-service companies with legal needs. Ideally, the right candidate will have worked in-house for a SaaS company and had significant experience negotiating and drafting SaaS customer agreements, partner agreements, and other agreements used in the industry. The candidate should be excited, fun-loving and supportive of SaaS entrepreneurs, SaaS legal departments, SaaS executives and the SaaS Law team. Responsibilities
• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare, draft and negotiate SaaS agreements
• Provide other SaaS specific legal services

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor
• Bar licensure in the US
• Live in the Pacific or Mountain time zone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong SaaS industry and company knowledge from the "inside"
