Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our client’s team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React. You will collaborate closely with the design and quality assurance (QA) teams, and report directly to the Head of Engineering.

Core Responsibilities:
• Feature Development: Deliver new features and functionalities to customers.
• Product Ownership: Take responsibility for core features, working alongside a larger development team.
• Performance Optimization: Maintain high-performance standards for both new and existing functionalities.
• Scaling Solutions: Contribute to the scalability of the application to handle more complex and larger customer projects.
• UX Collaboration: Work with the design team to provide technical insight during the implementation of user-facing features.

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of front-end development experience, specializing in complex web applications.
• Proven expertise in creating highly interactive and performant React components.
• Experience managing complex application state with libraries like Zustand.
• Proficient in performance monitoring and optimization using Chrome Developer Tools.
• Familiarity with TypeScript to build maintainable and scalable codebases.
• Experience with AWS for hosting Single Page Applications (SPA).
• A solution-oriented mindset when tackling challenging or novel issues.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality features in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working successfully on remote teams.
