Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative T-Shirt Designer to join our team at CURVYROADS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing t-shirt designs that align with our brand’s identity and meet market trends. The role involves working closely with the design and production teams to ensure that designs are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
• Develop original t-shirt designs based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.
• Create design concepts, including graphics, typography, and color schemes, using graphic design software.
• Prepare design mock-ups and prototypes for review and approval.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design team, marketing, and product managers to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.
Market Research:
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, industry developments, and competitor designs.
• Conduct research to identify emerging design trends and consumer preferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a t-shirt designer or in a similar design role, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
