Critical Role with Advancement Potential

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Bauly Group Ltd. located in Midford, Bath. The Chef De Partie will be working closely with the Owner and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure exceptional dining experiences for customers.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus

Advancement

This role has the ability to grow quickly and assume greater responsibility and increased compensation (as the Owner intends to work himself out of the kitchen in the coming 2-3 years).
