Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Godown Worker and Delivery Boy. This role involves managing daily godown operations, including loading and unloading ice cream, maintaining cleanliness(Important), keeping track of stock inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of ice cream products to our customers. The ideal candidate should be willing to work extra hours when required to meet the demands of the job.
Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload ice cream products from delivery trucks and into the godown.
Godown Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized godown environment to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products.
Inventory Management: Regularly check and update stock levels, and share inventory reports with the supervisor as needed.
Delivery: Drive delivery vehicles to transport ice cream orders to customers, ensuring products are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Flexibility: Be ready to work additional hours when necessary, especially during peak seasons or unexpected demand spikes.
Requirements:
• A two wheeler vehical.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical fitness to handle the loading and unloading of ice cream products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work demands.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Working Hours: +:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Salary: 15000-17000/ month.
