Job description
1. Extremely Strong and Competent Patent Prosecution/Opposition Professionals with a minimum of 5 years of core experience in the domain of Complex Patent Prosecution and/or Opposition Matters in the Core Chemistry/Pharma and/or Engineering/Electronics Domains.

2. Technical understanding of subject matter and depth to which the candidate goes for assessing the invention is the key evaluation parameter along with the legal acumen and the core knowledge on different upcoming precendents. The Candidate should be from a premium technical Institute with strong academic background.

3. It would be preferred that the Candidate is based in the Greater Noida Office of K&K, but we’ll be open to receive profiles of professionals who prefer to be based in Delhi Location of K&K. Candidates preferring to work from other locations may also apply but only if they are really strong and thorough at handling Patent Opposition Matters.

4. Candidate should have a strong understanding of Patent Act, and should be technically very sound with intent of going into complete detail of the invention. Registered Patent Agents/Attorneys would be preferred.

5. Should have clarity in verbal communications so as to efficiently discuss with clients, and manage client projects, mandates, business development mandates, and client relationships.


6. Should be a strong team player as well as a positive individual contributor.

7. Should be willing to take additional responsibilities pertaining to trainings, speaking opportunities, client communications, overseeing the docketing team to ensure smooth client intimations, among others.
