The Role:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is looking to start their Marketing career in a fast-paced Beauty and Personal Care environment. In this role you will support the Haircare Marketing team from initial product creation and set up, to brand execution in store and working with cross functional teams to land retailer activations that put the consumer at the heart of our plans.
You will report directly into the Haircare Marketing Manager and work closely with both the Product & Brand team across both our Manchester and London offices.
Within the wider Marketing team, you will join marketers who are striving to always provide a best-in-class consumer offering and drive brilliance within the execution across our complete PZ brand portfolio.
Accountabilities:
• Support the Brand Manager in executing a winning, distinct brand proposition based on consumer, customer and market insights
• Day to day management of trade marketing & communications at physical POS; Haircare websites and brand pages on retailer sites
• Ensuring a consistent brand message both instore and online, working to improve our online MOB% and optimise our digital shelf at every touchpoint
• Support the brands teams at external retailer and key internal events, taking the lead on product orders and organising cross-functional requests
• Support the Senior Product Manager in briefing and checking new packaging artwork and product copy, alongside setting up the new innovation launches as per our Stage & Gate Process
• Be the supporting marketing contact for our Haircare brands, maintaining day-to-day relationships with key 3rd party partners and agencies e.g. PR, POS agency, Creative agencies, Designers and Retailers

Qualifications:
• 1+ years marketing experience
